because it is a readonly-fs on OpenElec
so my AMP+ cannot be made working
I managed to make in work on a standard raspbian, not on openElec.

on OpenElec, you don't need asound.conf. You only need to configure the driver. Depending on your RPI, you need to use the device tree overlay (on RPI2) or the modules file (on RPI1).
