Connecting Speaker Wire to Amp+

A very simple question. How do I connect my speaker wire to the speaker terminals in the Amp+? Are they spring clip terminals (they do not appear to be, as I do not see where to depress any clips)? Do the speaker wires just get pushed in? If so, what holds the wires to keep them from falling out and how do I pull them out if I need to change speakers? Alternatively, do I loosen the screws on the top of the terminals, insert the speaker wire, and then tighten the screws? I am using the KnowHowTec case, so if the screws must be loosened and tightened all of this must be done before attaching the top of the KnowHowTec case. Any help would be much appreciated
