Any chance of adapting the DAC to mount on the new Pi B2?

  while it might work in theory, but we can't support this and won't provide any guides for this.
  For a streaming player, the old Raspberry Pi is usually powerful enough. Therefore I wouldn't really recommend buying a new RPI2 just for this.
