As the title says:

if i would like to power the Hifiberry with a dedicated PSU, how much voltage and current should it deliver?

  Hi Fabian,
  
  even if you connect the PSU to the HiFiBerry, it will power both, the HiFiBerry board and the Raspberry Pi. Therefore I would recommend 5V with at least 1A.

  Can this via the header P3 on the Hifi Berry DAC B +?

  Yes, you can power both Raspberry Pi and HiFiBerry from the P3 header of the HiFiBerry, but be sure your power supply is protected itself and never output >5V since this bypass every on-board protection.
