Small parcel (not insured): €6.00
Registered mail (insured): €16.00
Small parcel (not insured): €15.00
Registered mail (insured): €23.00

What is the difference between "Small parcel (not insured): €6.00" and "Small parcel (not insured): €15.00"?

  shipping costs depends on the goods you want to ship. Bulkier items have higher shipping costs.

  Tracking is only available with registered mail. As the tracking does not work correctly, we usually do not provide tracking information.

  the are not the same size. The Amp needs a thicker package which is more expensive. Depending on your country, some of our resellers might offer cheaper shipping. Check them out here:

  tracking is only available when you selected registered mail. If selected this option, just login to your account and you will see your orders. At the right side is a link to the tracking.

  I see that your order goes to Hongkong. As we do not get tracking data within Hongkong, you might contact your local post office with the tracking number you see in our tracking. They might be able to locate the package.

  your order will ship today. Shipping to Italy is usually 1-2 weeks, but can be slower sometimes. This mostly depends on the Italian customs and postal service.
