Hi,
I managed to get DTS / AC3 sound out with openelec, using .dts and .ac3 files.
However when I play a video file, it outputs from the HDMI.
According to this page:
http://www.hifiberry.com/guides/hifiberry-raspbmc/
This is a normal behaviour, and if I want video to output audio via digi I need to change to dvdplayer.
It also says that I will not be able to play DTS / AC3 -
Has this situation changed since the time of writing?
If not - is there any other way to route video sound to the Digi without losing surround capabilities?
Thanks

HiFiBerry team Hi Erez,
AC3/DTS pass-trough should now work with dvdplayer, but I haven't tested it. I think, OpenElec works better than Raspbmc, try this distribution first.
Best regards
