ALSA lib issues - cannot find card 'ALSA', No such devices, etc.

I just received my new HifiBerry-Digi, but can't get it working.
Everything 'looks' good, green led is on, /etc/modules should be correct, but when I run the 'check-system' test, I get the following errors:

Any idea what's wrong?
I have tried with two different RPi's, so I don't believe it's HW issue at least in RPi.

Thanks!
