All, firstly I'm not an expert in hifi.
I have one old AMP just for stereo w/o optical/digital input and one sourround receiver for 5.1 sound w/ optical input.
Is it possible to combine both outputs in one board? This would be my preferred choice. If not, is it possible to USS digi only and then convert the sound signal via a toslink/chinch Adapter? With this I would be able to usw both Amps for different purposes.

we don't have a product that handles both. Using an external DAC would be an option.
If you like hacking, you can use the Digi and the DAC on the same Pi on top of each other, like here:

Note, this is only for advanced makers, as it requires more soldering and a good mechanical connection.

HiFiBerry team Just wire them trough and connect ALL pins from P5 to both boards.
