My Hifiberry dac worked immediately. It sounds quite well.
However, It seems to me that the charge pump capacitor on pin 5 of the dac chip is too small.
Can you confirm that it is the cap marked C1 on the board?
Which value is it?
Do you recommend adding a bigger capacitor (e.g. 10 uF) in parallel?
Much kudos for your boards (I've also boght a Digi, and it works fine too).
Thank you for support.

HiFiBerry team Dear Marco,
what makes you think, the capacitor is too small?
The charge pump capacitors have been designed according to the specifications of the chip manufacturer. Increasing them will not improve the sound quality, but might even have negative effects. There is a risk that the charge current of a higher capacitance will have negative effects on the performance of the circuit.
Note that the charge pump frequency is very high and the DAC does not drive low-resistance loads, therefore there are no huge capacities required here.
Best regards
Daniel
