I have a Raspi 3B and DAC+ Pro Hifi, and I have a strange highly pitched sound and sounds like it's on fast forward. Also there is a stuttering every half a second.
Clean out of the box installation with no changes to raspbian or whatever. I also tried another sd card with the same effect.
The Volumio image however has no problem with playback, but I don't like Volumio. So the hardware is ok and has to do something with the HifiBerry OS Image.
