My Hifiberry DAC2 Pro can no longer be found on my network. I usually attach it to a Linksys Velop MESH pod. Connecting it directly to the modem/router does not solve the problem. The power and ethernet lights on the DAC (on the Raspberry Pi board, to be more exact) both light up. Not sure what to try next.
My network set up:
Bell Home Hub 4000 Modem/Router —>Linksys Velop MESH pod in bridge mode ---> (WiFi) ---> Another Velop MESH pod ---> DAC2

HiFiBerry team There is no simple way of telling why your system does not connect to the network. You need to connect screen and keyboard and login to the system.
Then run
ifconfig -a
to show if the network has been configured -
Faizal Ali Thanks. I am not very computer savvy, however. Would you be able to walk me through the steps once I've done that?

HiFiBerry team Not really. We can give some tips, but there is no way to do remote debugging of network issues in your network. There can be all kinds of things that can cause this.
