Hi
I get version 10000101 when I try to run the update manually: you are already using the latest version (20201213 vs. 10000101).
I noticed only when I tried /opt/hifiberry/bin/update because in the UI it said it was "up to date". I know for a fact it isn't because my other hifiberries are on 20230404 so that should be the latest version (at least) it would offer me...
Any idea why I would get this ?

Is this "Support" for real?
So many unanswered questions here, nobody seems to care.
@Frank: Feel free to post in a new topic if you have a specific question. Just note that there is no individual support for HiFIBerryOS. We might be able to answer some questions, but not all.
Diederik: That's normal as there are no new updated for the "old" HiFIBerryOS. We're working on HiFiBerryOS64. If this get's into beta, there will be updated for this (but not from old 32bit installations).

My comment wasn't about 'new' updates. It was that the update function could not get the latest 32bit version. I expected that as long the 64bit version isn't released that the 32bit version can be updated. I have some old hifiberry os versions that I don't want to reinstall with the latest 32bit version. I just want to update to that version
I understand. However due to incompatibilities with HBOS64, the updater was disabled (as there are no updates planned). To update an older HBOS, you can download the updater from Github:
https://github.com/hifiberry/hifiberry-os/releases
Make sure you download the correct version, save it to /data/updaters.tar.gz an run /opt/hifiberry/bin/extract-update

This can be marked as solved. Apart from changing the save location to /data/updater.tar.gz, it went fine
