I have a number of PI + HiFi-Berry nodes. Most use DAC+ or DAC PRO. In those cases, I leave the Pi powered on 24/7 but toggle the power to the associated amp using the player state. It's important that the Pi remain powered to stay connected to Lyrion Media Server.
I have one zone that is Pi + Amp2. Since Amp2 provides power to the Pi, at present, it must remain powered 24/7.
I'd like to be able to power down the Amp2 while keeping the Pi powered. Is that possible? Warranted?
