Bypass signal / deactivating DSP add on board attached to Digi2Pro

I’m using the Digi2 Pro with a Raspberry Pi 4 and HiFiBerry OS. If the DSP add on board is attached, is there a way to simply turn off the DSP in the web interface or with ssh, so that the signal doesn’t pass the DSP at all?

That's not possible. You have to physically remove the DSP add-on.

Thanks for the reply. So I guess, if use material with 44.1 kHz, it will always be resampled to 48 and back, even if no filter is applied, unless I would use an own DSP profile that uses 44.1 kHz. Is that right?

This is correct. However, as the THD+N of the ASRCs are in the range of -140dB, we don't think that's an issue.
