Using E-MU 0404 USB for measurements?

I've got a calibrated measurement microphone that I previously used for room correction in my TacT S2150X. The ADC interface used was E-MU 0404 USB. Is it possible to use this setup for measurements with Beocreate and Raspberry Pi?

I guess E-MU 0404 USB could communicate with the Raspberry Pi using USB interface, or directly with the Beocreate, using the S/PDIF input, but I am not sure if HiFiBerry OS would support this.
