Hello,

Currently I have 2.0 ACTIVE speakers (ok 2.1 including lame woofer). I want to have DAC and DSP that:

Support 2.0 

or

Support 2.1 (best option).

The device will be plugged to TV and I would like to switch between DAC option (tv source) and streaming option (rasberry as a source itself.

Is there any raspberry pi solution that support 2.1? I thought that BEOCREATE 4 can support 2.1 but not sure if that's true. Also my speakers are already active (have amp included) so if I am not mistaken I can't use beocreate ?

  The DAC+ DSP could be used for this, but it's only 2 channel. That's the only product that could be used for this application with a line-level output. The Beocreate can only be used with passive speakers.

  I use dac +dsp as 2+2 channels. for this, spdif out is connect at another dac.
