DSP expansion header / DAC2 PRO

Hi,

I want to know if the DSP expansion header is just a Bridge of the PI GPIO header ? And if yes, can I use this expansion header to plug a other PI hat ?

The connector is connected 1:1 to the GPIOs, but you can't simply plug in another card and expect it to work. Read here:
