As far as I understand DAC2 outputs are DC coupled. Can you please advise whether it tolerate any amount of DC bias voltage on outputs or should I use a decoupling cap?

While a few millivolt won't kill the DAC, it definitely won't help the audio performance. You should use a coupling capacitor if your amplifier has some offset voltage on its input.
