If you selected "Registered mail" as shipping method, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Tracking information is provided by Asendia. The details are different depending on the destination country. While the postal services in some countries provide ver detailed tracking information, others do not provide any tracking information within the destination country. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. We can only provide the public tracking data and do not have access to a more detailed tracking.
Sometimes tracking information can be wrong. If you receive a tracking update like "Recipient unknown", please check the status with your local post office. Most postal services can locate the shipment based on the tracking information. While we can start an investigation from our side, this is a very time-consuming process. Investigations usually take 1-2 months. Contacting your local postal office is usually the fastest way to clarify things.
